In fact, green tea and coffee are the simplest and most effective remedy for any kind of diabetes. There are actually two types of diabetes ( type 1 and type 2 ).
- Mango : It may seem surprising, but unripe mango is a nice remedy for diabetes. One can also eat partially ripe mango, one which is sweet as well as sour. Fully ripe mango can be quite sweet.
- Indian Gooseberry : This is a slightly bitter, highly sour fruit which grows in India. It has wonderful medicinal properties. Eating raw Indian Gooseberry ( also known as Amla ) is a natural remedy for diabetes.
- Black currant : This is a sour and nice tasting fruit that is used in various recipes. Black currant fruit coats the tongue in a purple color and is enjoyed by kids and adults alike. One should eat lots of this fruit to keep diabetes under control.
Diabetes is a disease which requires extensive management. One should also take advice from the doctor on diet and foods which help in regulating or controlling diabetes ( type 1 or type 2 ).
