Home remedies to provide relief from any kind of  headaches and migraines.

1. Drink lots of water everyday
As soon as you feel that headache is on the rise, drink some water. Do not drink way too much at a time otherwise it could cause hyponatremia, a dangerous condition. To get water, one can eat cool watermelons and cucumbers. They replenish body water quickly.
One of the most common causes of any headache is dehydration, the body is starved off water. In our daily chores, we may forget about drinking water. We keep on drinking teas and coffee, which is all the more dehydrating. Try this to hydrate your body.
Drink a minimum of 3 liters of water ( spring water is best)
Drink hydrating juices like that of cucumber, watermelons and nearly all green juices ( spinach, kale, parsley, cabbage )

Prepare coffee with some healthy sugar like cinnamon or stevia ( not without sugar because sugar powers the brain ). Drink it and also take the vapors of coffee aroma.

This home remedy usually works only for those people who drink coffee sparingly. If you are a heavy coffee drinker, then coffee is known to trigger monster headache because of the caffeine in it. So, you see the same thing can be beneficial for some and harmful for others.

Working on the computer for hours on end is the life of most of us. Well, it really strains the eyes like anything. A headache can be triggered by the build up of stress and pressure behind the eyes. . Use them and see if it relieves headache. Many eye drops pinch a lot ( generally the herbal ones ), but they have the potential to reduce a  headache.
