One of the best juices for better joint health is pineapple. It has got an enzyme called bromelain, which is powerful anti-inflammatory. It reduces inflammation in the synovial fluid which cushions the joints, thus providing relief from arthritis.

Drink 3 - 4 glasses of pineapple juice each day. Within a month, there should be considerable relief from arthritis pain, whether it is in the hands or knees or feet.
